YouTube has been in the video hosting world for quite a while now, it’s one of the best platforms where people come to watch videos or even start a new creative career with them. YouTube also allows its content creator to upload videos and earn a decent amount of money if they meet their requirements. Thus, we have established that YouTube is a very good platform for viewers and creators.
With its mobile apps and website, it has made everything convenient and easy to use. It has a really basic interface and works great when paired with a good internet connection. But it was really annoying for users who used YouTube TV app. If we compare it to the mobile version of it, it was very time consuming and difficult to use.
Google has been watching these issues closely and finally answered people’s prayers by introducing a new feature that would make the app easier to use and also save time, which is a win-win for their users. The best part of the update is that you no longer need to sign in using that keyboard built into the TV app.
They have introduced a new feature where if your mobile device and TV are connected on the same network, you can go ahead and connect through the mobile app. They also added this feature for iPhone and it made the login process much faster. Previously they had this feature but we had to login through the web browser but now we can do it from our phones.
Another change that I found nice is that they changed the quality of the video player and now it would automatically show us the quality of the video. This would again save us precious time since we will not have to open the option to check the video quality itself.
The subtitles menu has also undergone some changes, which Google calls the “best experience” they can provide. It now allows you to change the size of the captions and furthermore you can select the font of the captions from a range of options. You can do all of these things without leaving the video or even stopping it.
Google has also fixed its update regarding the browser engine, which would enable background music playback and also improve your network loss recovery. These updates are already available and you can use all these features. Just turn on your TV app and enjoy.
