Toshiba’s Red Bull TV app is now available on its range of smart TVs in the UK.

The app gives viewers access to exclusive video content including globetrotting adventurers, new music and entertainment, and live events.
Without paywalls or ads, the Red Bull TV app provides free, uninterrupted access to live and on-demand streams, categorizing content into clearly defined channels, such as adventure, culture, music, cycling and nautical sports.
Through the app, Toshiba Smart TV customers can tune in to a mix of content ranging from the latest gaming tournaments to all the most spectacular sporting events, including the Mercedes-Benz UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, as well than the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Streams of exclusive movies, shows and documentaries are also accessible, as well as dance competitions like the Red Bull BC One World Finals.

Bart Kuijten, Commercial Director at Toshiba, said: “By integrating the Red Bull app into our range of smart TVs, we will bring viewers the very best in extreme sports and action from around the world. This is the latest example of our expanding catalog of apps, following the launch of Amazon Music and Football Corner earlier this year.

The Red Bull TV app is available on the new 2021 TV range, in Dolby Vision, TRU Micro Dimming and TRU Resolution technologies, maximizing picture quality. TRU Motion (Motion Estimation Motion Compensation) technology delivers a smooth, crisp, and clear image in every shot.

Red Bull TV content also uses built-in speakers powered by Toshiba’s Dolby Atmos, creating an audio performance that envelops audiences in fully immersive sound, recreating the atmosphere of sporting events and action adventures in every living room at home.

The Red Bull TV app is now available for free on all Toshiba smart TVs in the UK, including those produced from June 2018.
