  • Right-click (or tap and hold) each library (Documents, Pictures, Music, and Videos), then tap or click To delete.
  • In the left pane, right-click (or long-press) Librariesthen click Restore Default Libraries.

This action recreates the libraries. All data in library folders should now be accessible through File Explorer again.
