ITV acquires 80% stake in natural history TV producer Plimsoll for $126m


British television giant ITV said on Tuesday it had agreed to acquire a 79.5% majority stake in natural history television program producer Plimsoll Productions for around £103.5 million ($126 million). dollars) in cash.
